Here’s the problem I have with the word “homophobe”
It doesn’t mean “hates gay people”
It means “fear of the same”
Phobia being fear, homo being same.
A homophone is not something that sounds like a gay person, homogenized milk does not come from gay cows, and homo sapiens aren’t gay people.
So literally, of you’re a homophobe, you live in a house with no reflective surfaces because the sight of anything similar to you drives you into screaming night terrors.
